In 2024, Solthis acted in a context of profound upheaval in global health, marked by a worrying challenge to international solidarity. Massive cuts in American aid and a nearly 40% drop in French public aid jeopardize access to healthcare for millions of people. Faced with this crisis, the NGO redoubled its efforts to support its partners in the field, defend access to rights and healthcare, and innovate on major issues such as HIV, cervical cancer, and climate-related health. This report illustrates Solthis’ collective commitment, the resilience of its partners, and the urgency of mobilizing the political and financial support needed to ensure a fairer, more united, and healthier world for all.
