Solthis has been active in Sierra Leone since 2011. Over the past 15 years, numerous projects and technical assistance initiatives have been implemented there, focusing on Solthis’s core areas of work—notably HIV and tuberculosis—as well as strengthening health organizations and systems. For the past two years, our office in Sierra Leone has been implementing its first sexual and reproductive health project.
